Mr. Mark Yocca is an entrepreneur experienced with patent licensing and enforcement and an attorney.  He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara (B.A. Biological Sciences, 1985).

Mr. Ralph Brandi served as Chief Executive Officer of Polaris PowerLED Technologies, LLC from 2017-2023.  He was an engineer by training and held a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Brandi served as Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer at Microsemi Corporation, a large publicly traded semiconductor company, from 2002 through 2015.  Mr. Brandi joined Linfinity Microelectronics Inc. in 1978, holding a variety of engineering and operational management positions, including responsibility for the division's successful line of backlight inverter products that power lamps in LCD displays. He served as Vice President of Operations at Linfinity from 1995 to 1999, and then as Vice President of Operations of Microsemi’s Linfinity Division from 1999 to 2000 after the company was acquired.
